Alfred Schaller

Alfred J. Butch Schaller, 72, passed away at 1:52 am on November 17, 2020 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Butch was born on August 13, 1948 in Vincennes the son of Leo Joseph and Della Marie (Leehy) Schaller. He married Diane Moore on October 15, 1966 and she preceded him in death on August 1, 2016.Butch was a car salesman for many years and enjoyed his job very much. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and was also an old car enthusiast.Survivors include his children, Cammy Schaller Hopper and her husband Aaron, Scott Schaller, B.J. Schaller all of Vincennes; sisters, Leota Arnold and her husband Tom of Vincennes, Starlet Lancaster of Vincennes; brother, Frank Schaller of Vincennes, grandchildren, Alissa Pifer Schaller, Joshua Schaller, Jaco Pifer Schaller, Kelsey Schaller, Tanna Schaller, Jaylin Schaller, Brianna Schaller; and his great grandchildren, Layna Leighty and Emery Hood. Butch was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Diane Schaller.A graveside service to celebrate Butch's life will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 919 Willow St., Vincennes with Pastor Trevor Murry officiating.
