Mary Ducharme

Mary Lou Ducharme, 99, of Vincennes, IN went to be with the Lord December 9, 2022. She was born in Vincennes, IN on November 30, 1923 to the late Clyde D. and Bertha E. (Pheffer) Glaubensklee. Mary Lou graduated from Lincoln High School in 1942. She married, the love of her life, Wayne V. Ducharme on February 23, 1947. Mary Lou worked as a homemaker for most of her life taking care of her family. She enjoyed many things in life such as traveling to Florida, watching television, doing puzzle books, reading, and spending time with her friends. Mary Lou was a member of The Community Church of Vincennes, where she attended her bible study group. She was also a member of the Widow's group. She will be deeply missed by all. Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents; husband Wayne Ducharme; son Bruce Wayne Ducharme; and siblings Jack Glaubensklee, Robert (Doris) Glaubensklee, and Talmadge (Thelma) Glaubensklee. She is survived by her niece Pamela (Byron) Woehler; great- nieces Amy (David) Owen and Tammy Lowry; great-great-nieces Madelyn and Anna; and great-great-nephews Coleman, Greyson, and Jackson. Goodwin-Sievers is honored and entrusted with the care of Mrs. Ducharme. Visitation will be held Friday, December 16, 2022 at 524 Broadway St. Vincennes, IN from 12-2pm. A service will be held on December 16, 2022, at 2pm with burial at Memorial Park following. The family wishes to give special thanks to all her friends, neighbors, and church family who helped care for and visited Mary Lou. Memorial donations can be made to The Community Church of Vincennes in Mary Lou's honor.
