Alberta Elmore

Alberta M. Elmore, 78, of Monroe City, Indiana passed away at 12:43 pm Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Memorial Hospital in Jasper, Indiana.Born on March 2, 1941 in Monroe City, Indiana, she was the daughter of Albert and Sophie (Like) Anderson.Alberta retired after 39 years at Gemtron retiring in 2000 and was a 1959 graduate of Monroe City High School.Surviving are her daughter, Lesa Yarbor of Monroe City and a sister, Mary Lou Holman of Monroe City.She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Glenda Anderson, and a son-in-law Ron Yarbor.Alberta's wishes were to be cremated and there will be no public services.
