Surviving are his father and his step-mother Buddy and Rayetta Mincey of Vincennes; his companion Misty Trowbridge; step-kids Aaron Oliver and Heather Allen, both of Vincennes; his step-children Renee and April Allen; and his brothers and sisters, Brian Slater of Sullivan, Rodney Mincey of Vincennes, Doug, Travis, and Bill Oliver all of Vincennes; and a sister Susan Mincey McCabe of Florida.
