Ann Elizabeth "Libbi" Douglas, 79, of Owensville, Indiana went to be with the Lord June 9, 2020. She was born January 13, 1941 in Plant City, Florida to the late Fredrick Marion Dees and Alma Linnell Dees (Hutchinson). Libbi graduated from Plant City High School in 1958. She married the love of her life, Bobby Joe Douglas, December 27, 1964. Libbi was devoted to her faith, she served as a Sunday School teacher and Children's Youth Church leader for 50+ years. She enjoyed her travels to Florida and spending time with her family. Libbi enjoyed working in her flower garden. She was a member of Owensville General Baptist Church. Libbi was preceded in death by her parents, brother F.M. Dees, and sister Curtis Nell Hobby. She is survived by her husband Bobby Joe Douglas; children Bobby Joe (Angela) Douglas Jr, Beth Douglas, and Mark (Natalie) Douglas; grandchildren Jessica Marvel, Jamie Krug, Joseph Douglas, Jacklyn Knight-Burchett, Kody Douglas, Sawyer Douglas, Kainen Short, Sequoia DeWeese, and Caleb Stillwell; great grandchildren Abby Marvel, Cassidy Marvel, Kash Krug, and Aymory Schmitt; siblings Freda Jones, Edward (Karen) Dees, and Ruth Dees. Holder's Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be entrusted with the care of Mrs. Douglas. Private graveside services were held at Blythe Chapel Cemetery.
