Anna Rivera

Anna Rivera, 77, passed away at 9:20 pm on February 1, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Born in Knox County, the daughter of Edward and Amy (Shaner) Cook.She was a graduate of Fritchton High School and she was employed at Harbor House before retiring. She loved spending time with family and caring for her grandchildren.Anna is survived by three children, Steve Cook and his wife Karyn of Wheatland, Rose Archer and her husband Danny of Vincennes, Luis Rivera and his wife Cara of Vincennes; seven grandchildren, Ashley, Kennedy and Cassidy Rivera, Kaci and Jalyn Cook, and Levi and Grace Archer; one great grandson Zaidyn Cook; one sister, Carol Jacobs of Vincennes. She was preceded in death by both parents; 2 sisters, Fern Cook and Lela Huff; two brothers, Lowell and Marvin Cook; and a very special granddaughter Emily Rose Archer.Funeral services for Anna will be held at 10:30 am Monday, February 5, 2018 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway with Pastor Phillip Walthall officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 4, 2018 from 2-5 pm at the funeral home.
