Aurelia Coffel

Aurelia P. Coffel, 92, of Vincennes, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, September 6, 2011.She was born February 6, 1919 in Linton, Indiana to Mr. and Mrs. Sam Davis.Aurelia owned a variety of small businesses and had a a very active business career in Vincennes, Bicknell, & Palestine. An artist, she enjoyed painting china. She was very active as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Surviving are her two sons, Alan Brock and his wife, Stephanie, of Lexington, KY, Ed Brock of Palestine, and a granddaughter, Lauren Brock-Boyd.She was preceded in death by her first husband, Fuller Brock, her last husband, Dr. Melvin Coffel, and a sister, Bonnie Jameson.A public graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, September 8, 2011 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Gary Cazzell officiating.
