Barbara Davis

Barbara Jean Davis passed away from this life on Saturday, February 26, 2022, in Vincennes, Indiana at the age of 94. She was born on Thursday, February 16, 1928, in Indianapolis Indiana. Those left to cherish her memories include two sons Fred Davis wife Norma Jean, Jimmy Davis Sr., wife Niva, one daughter Judy Moffett fianc Jim Upton, one sister Ruby Duncan, several grandchildren, greatgrandchildren and great greatgrandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother Laura Warner and several other siblings. Barbara Jean Davis graduated from Fritchton High School. She loved her family very much. Spending time with them was very important to her. She loved to spend her time out in the yard working and cleaning it up. She loved her flower gardens and loved to watch them grow into something beautiful. She loved word searches. Pacers Basketball team was her favorite NBA team. She enjoyed watching the game and cheering them on. She will be missed by all! Funeral services celebrating the life of Barbara Jean Davis will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at 1:00 pm at Goodwin Sievers Funeral Home Gardner Brockman Chapel 505 Main Street Vincennes, Indiana. Officiating will be pastor Brent Cramer. Interment will follow in the Wheatland Cemetery in Wheatland, Indiana. Under the direction of Goodwin Sievers Funeral Home Vincennes, Indiana.
