Barbara Stinson

Barbara J. Stinson, 58, of Camby, Indiana passed away October 7, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis.Barb grew up in Vincennes and graduated from Lincoln High School. She was a retired nurse at the V.A. Clinic in Evansville and had also worked as a nurse at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.Born October 13, 1958, she was the daughter of Don Emmons and Delores (Bodart) Emmons-Ellis. Her parents, a sister, Sharon Everett; and an uncle, Rick Bodart preceded her.Surviving are her husband of 31 years, Mike Stinson of Camby; her daughters, Mallory Stinson of Camby, Abby Morris and her husband Drew, of Brooklyn IN, Holly Baldwin and her husband Adam of Murfreeboro, TN; her son, Ryan Stinson in the Army; her sisters, Kathy Beaman and her husband, Rick of Vincennes, Linda Emmons of Bicknell, Debbie Saltzman and her husband, Gary of Lebanon, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Alena, Levi, Coraline, Austin, Lindsey; her aunt, Carol Witshork of Vincennes; her uncle, Joe Bodart of Columbus, Indiana; and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Goodwin Funeral Home with Rev. David Fleck officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Friday at the funeral home.
