Betty Lou (Goodwin) Davison, 82, of Vincennes, passed away at 10:35 a.m. Sunday, January 12, 2013 at the New Willow Manor.She was born October 12, 1931 in Knox County to Samuel and Blanche (Helderman) Goodwin.Betty was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting.Surviving are her children, Ralph (Lavon) Davison of Bowling Green, KY, Robert (Marlene) Davison of Vincennes, Rosalie Davison of Bowling Green, SC, and Patricia Davison Crouse of Vincennes; her grandchildren,Kary, Kyle, and Kelly Davison, Tammy Smith, and Kim Carlock, Melodie Carlisle, Monica Tatum, Tashas Powers, and Kristina Pohl; her great grandchildren, Jeff Gaines, Christopher Haisley, Zachary, Preston, Destiny, Noah, Kaley Carlisle, Kristen Carlisle, Gavin Evans, Tyler Evans, Jaden Eakins,Eric L. Tatum Jr., Trey J. Slopsema, and Addison M. Anderson; and her great great grandchildren, Parker J. Reitmeyer, and Amelia J. Davis. Preceding Betty were her parents, her husband, Aurilious Ralph Davison; her brothers and sisters, Pauline Peyton, Cecil Goodwin, Lois France, Dorothy Gilmore, and Geneva Goodwin; and a grandchild.Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday January 15, 2014 at Goodwin Funeral Home with Brother Verle Davison and Ralph Davison officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:30 until the service time Wednesday.
