Betty Guerrettaz

Betty Guerrettaz, 84, of Vincennes, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2011 at Colonial Assisted Living. She was born August 11, 1926, in Vincennes, the daughter of Allen and Anna (Hawkins) Fisher. Betty was a homemaker and a graduate of Indiana Business College. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and also attended St. John Catholic Church. Survivors include her daughter, Carolyn (Raymond) Baratto of Clinton, IN; sons, Charlie (Patsy) Guerrettaz, III and Joe Guerrettaz both of Vincennes and Greg Guerrettaz of Indianapolis; sisters, June Ray and Ruth Hendricks both of Vincennes and Margaret Cardinal of Bruceville; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.Preceding Betty in death were her parents; husband, Charles Guerrettaz; sister, Norma Groves and brother, Bill Fisher.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at 10:30 a.m.at St. John Catholic Church, 803 Main St., with Rev. David Fleck celebrating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
