Betty Rinehart

In loving memory of Betty Lou Robinson Rinehart, 84, of 826 Seminary, Vincennes, beloved mother, wife, and grandmother, who passed from this earth on December 25, 2010.She was born of Lela (Childers) and Raymond Robinson on December 31, 1925 and was a life-long resident of Vincennes. Betty is survived by her husband of 68 years, Ruel C. Rinehart, her two daughters, Judith K. Mineo, and Cynthia A. Payson, her sister Barbara Ramsey, and three grandchildren. She was cared for in her home by her husband and Angela, a valued family friend. Betty passed quietly at home in her sleep.Betty was a past Worthy Matron of Eastern Star, past Worthy High Priestess of White Shrine, and District Deputy of Eastern Star. She was a former member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church. Before her career as loving mother and wife, Betty was a exceptionally talented dancer, both on the dance floor and the roller rink. She loved to sing and play the piano.Her love and her beauty remains with us. Her smile, her laughter, her touch is missed by all who knew and loved her.There will be no public services.
