Brittany Hornung

Brittany Nicole Hornung, 28, passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. She was born on December 4, 1993, to David Hornung and Michelle Hill in Indianapolis, Indiana. Brittany was a 2011 graduate of Washington High School. She was a proud mother to her daughter, Kenleigh, and loved to spend time with her every chance she had. Surviving Brittany are her parents, Michelle Hill (Terry) of Washington, Indiana, David Hornung of Indianapolis, Indiana, her daughter, Kenleigh Hornung, her grandmother, Sharon Colich, her sister, Amanda Osmon, her brother, Michael Hornung, and her nieces and nephews, Elizabeth White, Elijah White, Emily White, and Carson Hornung. Brittany was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Michael Colich, and her paternal grandparents, Robert, and Norma Hornung. Visitation for Brittany will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at Goodwin Sievers Funeral Home 2020 State St., Washington, Indiana 47501 from 4:00 - 8:00pm. A funeral service will be conducted on Friday June 3, 2022, at Goodwin Sievers Funeral Home at 1:00pm with Pastor Pat Kelly officiating. Friends and family may visit from 12:00 to the time of the service. Interment will follow at Sugarland Memory Gardens in Washington, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made in Brittany's name to her daughter, Kenleigh.
