Carolyn Sue Stone

Carolyn Sue Stone, 72, of Vincennes, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2020 at her residence. She was born February 26, 1948 in Vincennes, Indiana to Charles and Virginia (Carter) Colvin.Carolyn loved her family and friends and especially enjoyed her grandchildren. She also enjoyed baking, canning and cooking, and her happy place was in her kitchen and being outside.Survivors include her children Jackie McCrary and her husband Robert "Fuzz" of Vincennes, Tiffany Emery and her husband Craig of Vincennes, and Andrew Hatfield and his wife Sara of Fort Belvoir, VA; along with eleven grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents Charles Colvin and Virginia Rosenberry, and her brothers Charles Stuart, Ronald Colvin, Mike Colvin, and Joe Colvin.Friends may visit with Carolyn's family from 12:30 until 1:30 pm on Friday, September 11, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery. A graveside service will take place at 1:30 with Andrea Clegg officiating. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, Vincennes is honored to assist the Stone family with arrangements.
