Carolyn Taylor

Carolyn M. Taylor, 70, of Vincennes, IN passed away November 28, 2023. She was born on September 4, 1953, to the late Shurl and Janie (Rose) McGregor. Carolyn married Jeffery Taylor on September 24, 1978. She worked as a homemaker raising her 3 sons. In her free time, Carolyn enjoyed fishing, camping, watching crime shows, cooking, reading, baking, cookouts, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents; husband Jeffery Taylor; brothers Leonard and Rick McGregor.

She is survived by her children Robert (Mary) Morris, George Morris, Ricky Morris; grandchildren Amanda (Michael Kegg) Morris, Brayton Morris, Dylin Morris, Kayli (Alex) Accuntius, Nicolas Morris, Cameron Morris, Dillon Morris, Tristan Morris, Cody Morris; 9 great-grandchildren; brother Shurl McGregor; sister Sherry (Danny) Moore; and many nieces and nephews.

Goodwin-Sievers is honored and entrusted with the care of Mrs. Taylor. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 524 Broadway St. from 11am to service time. A funeral service will begin at 1pm on December 6, 2023, with burial at Memorial Park immediately following.
