Charles Greentree

Charles Ellis Greentree, 65, 300 SW 3rd St., Washington, passed away Friday, February 10, 2012 at Deaconess Hospital. Born October 17, 1946, in Vincennes, he was the son of William and Mary Frances (Frederick) Greentree.Charles had worked at various lumber yards and sawmills in the area and had also worked for Perdue Processing in Washington.Survivors include his wife, Anna (Wagler) Greentree of Washington; son Jason Greentree of Noble, IL and daughter Jennifer Brown and her husband, David, of Monroe City; brother, Denny Greentree of Vincennes and sisters, Linda Smith, Rosalie Baker and Sylvia Andis all of Vincennes; and five grandchildren.Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 12 at 3:00 p.m. at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway St. with Pastor Bill Burkett officiating.
