Charles Hitt

Charles C. Hitt, 37, of 614 S 9th, Vincennes, passed away Saturday November 15, 2014.He was born May 22, 1977 in Vincennes to Charles Robert Hitt and Tammy (Parish) Greenwood.Charles worked as a mechanic for Patton's Garage. A member of the Central Church of Christ, he loved to ride his Harley and drive his corvette. Always happy, he was also helping others and loved his family with all his heart.Surviving is his father, Charles R. (Michelle) Hitt of Vincennes; his mother Tammy (Mike) Greenwood of Vincennes; his children, Peyton Haas and Charles Bradley Hitt, both of Vincennes; his grandparents, Jimmy and Helen Parish, and Karen Parisien, all of Vincennes; a brother, Rik (Tonya) Hitt of Vincennes; a sister, Crystal (Eric) McKibben of Olney; his fianc Jessica Wildman, and her child,Daegan Wildman; his step brothers and sisters, Ashley Wall of Oaktown, Aaron Wall of Monroe City, Samatha Wall of Vincennes, and Ryan Green of Vincennes; and is nieces and nephews, Willow McKibben, Devin Hitt, Colton Hitt, Daija Gaines, Arrex Wall, Tylee Wall, Makenze Wall, and Reed Wall.A Celebration of Charles's Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 19th, 2014 at Goodwin Funeral Home.
