Charles Morgan

Charles H. "Charlie" Morgan, 95, passed away at 9:25 pm on April 8, 2015 at the New Willow Manor Nursing Home. Charlie was born on February 7, 1920 in Washington the son of Delbert and Elzora Morgan. He married Marcella Smith and she preceded him in death in 1983.Charlie had worked at the paper mill and was a member of Community United Methodist Church.Survivors include his grandchildren, Tony Morgan of Bruceville, Deron Morgan and his wife Micah of Sandborn and Marcy Fox of Muncie, eleven great grandchildren and two great- great grandchildren. Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Marcella Morgan, son, Charles E. Morgan, and three brothers.Funeral services for Charlie will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, April 13, 2015 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway with Rev. Ray Tromley officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with Charlie's family from 10:00 am until the hour of service time of 1:00 pm at the funeral home on Monday.
