Charlotte Shaner

Charlotte M. Shaner, 77, of Vincennes, passed away at her home on May 3, 2015.Charlotte was retired from Gemtron, having started there when it was Hamilton Glass. She was a member of Southside Presbyterian Church.Born June 6, 1937, in Vincennes, she was the daughter of Robert "Ace" Sr. and Alma Alice (Stone) Williams. Her parents and her son, Russell Joe Williams, preceded her.Surviving are her children, Jo Ann Shaner of Evansville, IN, Kenny Shaner of Washington, IN, and Gerald Shaner of Lakeland, FL; a sister, Cyrilla Williams of Vincennes; a brother, Robert "Ace" Williams, Jr. of Vincennes; a niece and nephew; and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Friends may visit with Charlotte's family from 9:00 - 11:00 on Thursday at Goodwin Funeral Home.
