Cindy Kay Horvath, 57, of Vincennes, passed away Dec. 31, 2017, at her residence.Born April 24, 1960, in Vincennes, she was the daughter of Bill and Mary (Eaton) Chamness. Her parents; her husband, Andy Horvath; and her son, Philip Alton preceded her.Surviving is her daughter, Lena Alton, of Washington, IN; her brother, Bill Chamness; her sister, Mary Sue Betz of Vincennes; and her grandchildren, Levi Moore, Gavin Haas, and Bailey Moore.A graveside service will be conducted at 11:30 on Thursday, at Memorial Park Cemetery.
