Cora Maroney

Cora E. Maroney, 80, of Vincennes, IN passed away on January 13, 2023. She was born in Evansville, IN on March 3, 1942, to the late William Henry and Lula Mae (Ryan) Kelley. Cora graduated from FJ Reitz High School in Evansville, IN. She worked for many years at nursing home in Panama City Beach as a cook. Cora married Carl Maroney and they had a daughter Lisa Maroney. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Cora will be deeply missed by all. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Carl Maroney; siblings Henrietta Kuehn, Leroy Kelley, Floyd Kelley, Barney Kelley, Odell Kelley, Margaret Rutherford and Paul Kelley. Cora is survived by her daughter Lisa Maroney Deese; grandchildren Brandon and Tyler; great-grandchildren Mariah Annalee and Karson James; siblings Daisy Cornelison and Mel Kelley; and many nieces and nephews. Goodwin-Sievers is honored and entrusted with the care of Mrs. Maroney. There will be no services at this time.
