A Tribute to Craig and Jane from their children (their 5 Beatles) On Dec 19th the world lost a exceptionally unique couple… Craig and Jane Wissel reached The End of their Magical Mystery Tour down The Long and Winding Road, and began their next journey as they Follow the Sun. They leave behind a legacy of kindness and a warm welcoming love that all who knew them felt in their presence. Eight Days a Week Casa Wissel was open and welcoming as a first stop or a last refuge. The welcoming hostess could morph from Maggie M'Gill to Lady Madonna as her partner channeled the Lizard King or the Fool on the Hill. The stories of their kind deeds were as legendary as those of the fiestas… nothing was too much to ask from them you just had to say The Word. Turkeys were fried for all those in need… regardless of what happened The Night Before. Their fridge was open for all… as was their cooler. I'm So Tired She Said (she said) and yet she was always doing for others. They were happiest with grandchildren on their knee, travelling from coast to coast to watch their games. Tomorrow Never Knows but I've Got a Feeling the Two of Them are together Waiting for the Sun maybe on Penny Lane… or perhaps Strawberry Fields. They leave us as loving parents, involved and proud grandparents, devoted friends, loyal siblings, and unapologetic lovers of life. They forged a unique and always interesting path. Although theirs was much too brief… they lived life as others only wish to live. All people pass, but not all people live. She Loved him Two Times and he Loved Her Madly. In this life, this is The End, but if the love you take, is equal to the love you make… these next few dreary days will lift and here will come the sun… All of us that knew them will celebrate what can only be described as lives well lived. This Bird Has Flown and ultimately, When the Music's Over… we will turn out the lights. - With Love, The WisPars WISPARS: Kristi Nick Angie Katie Randy
