Darrell Williams

Darrell "Tim" Williams, 63, of Vincennes, IN passed away peacefully with family by his side September 18, 2021. He was born in Vincennes, IN on April 13, 1958 to the late Darrell Mason and Helen Geneva (Downey) Williams. Tim attended Bridgeport High School in Bridgeport IL. He was a loyal employee to Goodwill Industries for 20+ years. Tim enjoyed many things in life but his favorites were going to classic car shows where he proudly displayed his golf cart hummer, bowling, playing computer games, and being an active member in the Vincennes community. He never met a stranger and was an inspiration to all that knew him. Tim will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Annetta Hoops and Nancy Carson; and niece Kim Napier. Tim is survived by his siblings Linda Kasel, Deanna Nickells, Cindi Smith (Danny Blubaum), and David Williams; and numerous nieces and nephews he loved very dearly. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be entrusted with the care of Mr. Williams. A visitation will be held at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral home Friday, September 24, 2021 from 10am to 1pm. A graveside will immediately follow at Memorial Park Cemetery at 1:30pm The family would like to give a special thanks to Friends Home Health Care, Good Samaritan Hospital and Goodwill Industries for always giving Tim the care and support he needed. In lieu of flowers please donate in memory of Tim to Easter Seals Organization that he held near and dear to his heart.
