Deah Rickard

Deah E. Rickard, 51, of Vincennes, IN passed away June 25, 2023. She was born on October 17, 1971, in Vincennes, IN to the late John and Mary (Hislip) Reel. Deah graduated North Knox High School in 1990. She worked at Freelandville Nursing Home for 6 years assisting in all areas. In her free time she enjoyed cooking, making people laugh, helping others, reading, playing cards, eating at Red Lobster, collecting purses, playing solitaire, and traveling with her companion Keith. Deah never knew a stranger and was always willing to help. She will be deeply missed. She was preceded in death by her parents. Deah is survived by her companion Keith Rickard; children Kailee Rickard and Kyle Rickard; grandchildren Lola, Kenwood, Lux, Lynnux; brother Derek Reel; and many friends. Goodwin-Sievers is honored and entrusted with the care of Ms. Rickard. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 29, 2023, at 524 Broadway St. from 5-7pm. A funeral service will be held June 29, 2023, at 7pm.
