Donald Pheffer

Donald R. Pheffer, 66, of Vincennes, passed away at 8:05 am Thursday, April 2, 2020 at Willow Manor.He was born September 13, 1953 in Vincennes, Indiana to Roy and Patty (Arthur) Pheffer.Don had worked as a chef at Troy's, Charlie's Smorgasbord, The Executive Inn, and had last worked at Bridges of Indiana. A member of the Central Church of Christ, he loved his grandchildren, horse racing, NASCAR, and the St. Louis Cardinals. An avid Disney lover he was known to many as Donald Duck.Surviving are his wife Stephanie (Blessinger) Pheffer, whom he married on February 16, 1980; his mother Patty Pheffer of Vincennes; his children Ashley Graham of Vincennes, Jennifer Pheffer of Vincennes, and Joshua Pheffer and his wife Chelsea of Bridgeport; his sister Susan Thompson and her husband Ron of Bruceville; two grandchildren Johnny and Brianna Graham; along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.Preceding him in death were his father Roy Pheffer; and an infant sister Judy Pheffer.Private graveside services will be held Tuesday, April 7th at Memorial Park Cemetery.
