Doris Green

Doris Noble Green, 82, of Vincennes, passed away at 2:50 am Friday August 21, 2020 at United Methodist Village in Lawrenceville.She was born March 17, 1938 in Lawrenceville, Illinois to Louis and Clara (Burrell) Hussey.Doris retired from Security Bank where she was a bank teller and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. In her younger days Doris was an avid bowler.Surviving are her children Dana Sweeten and her husband Jim of Vincennes, and Dan Noble and his wife Tracy of Port Richey, Fl; her stepchildren Lela DeBusk and her husband Scott of Columbus, and Michael Green and his wife Stephanie of Arlington, VA; her brothers Paul Hussey of Lawrenceville, and Fred Hussey of Bridgeport; along with 10 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Brian Noble; her second husband Arthur Green; and a brother John Hussey.Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, August 24, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Dave Parman officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the Vincennes Pet Port or the Alzheimer's Association.
