Dorothy Marcroft

Dorothy E. Marcroft, 67, of Vincennes, passed away at 6:11 pm Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Evansville.She was born September 26, 1950 in Vincennes, to Earl and Hellen (Lee) Kean.Dorothy enjoyed her animals, traveling, and her grandchildren.Surviving are her husband, Sam Marcroft, whom she married June 25, 1972; her son, Michael Marcroft and his wife Tess, of San Antonio, TX; her sister, Nellie Jackson; her brothers, Bill Kean of Vincennes, Mike "Hubert" Kean of Vincennes; and her two grandchildren, Andrew and Christina Marcroft.Preceding her in death were her parents; and two brothers, Jim and Raymond Kean.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, September 14, 2018 at Goodwin Funeral Home with Rev. Trevor Murry officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the service on Friday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Vincennes Pet Port or the Humane Society. Goodwin Funeral Home is honored to assist with arrangements.
