Erica Lynnette Martin, 26, of 906 Church, Vincennes, passed away at 7:47 a.m. Tuesday August 5, 2014 at her home.She was born July 5, 1988 in Louisville, Kentucky to James and Ann Lynnette (McCrary) Martin.Erica attended the Bethlehem General Baptist Church and Lincoln High School.Surviving is her aunt and uncle who raised her, Lisa and Tim Watts of Vincennes; her cousins that were like her brothers and sisters, Jamie Robertson of Vincennes, Bryan Carpenter of Denver, Ben Watts of Vincennes, and Emma Watts of Vincennes. her brothers, Justin Martin of Vincennes, Robert Martin of Decker, and Patrick Martin of Lawrenceville; her grandmother, Charlotte Strate of Vincennes; her grandfather, Dave McCrary of Decker; her great grandmother, Helen Carson of Vincennes; along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday August 8, 2014 at Goodwin Funeral Home with Pastor Pete White officiating. Visitation will be from 4-8p.m. Thursday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to help with her expenses.
