Erna Mae Masters, 76, passed away at 1:20 a.m. on January 16, 2013 at Bridgepointe Health Campus. Erna was born on January 30, 1936 in Batyville, KY the daughter of Hargis and Adria Alice (Dennis) Crabtree. Erna was a member of the First Baptist Church and a valet attendant for Good Samaritan Hospital. She was also a member of the Eastern Star #291 where she had been Past Worthy Matron.Survivors include her daughter, Kim Lukens and her husband Gary of Vincennes; sons, Richard L. Grostefon of Winamac; Robert A. Grostefon and his wife Angie of Bicknell; Nicholas Eugene Grostefon of Vincennes; Kevin Lee Grostefon and his wife Alyse of Vincennes, a granddaughter raised by Erna, Nikki Nichole Grostefon of Makawao, Hawaii; sister, Pauline Shatto of Washington, sixteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.Funeral services for Erna will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway with John Stidham officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with Ernas family on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
