Evelyn Wilson

Evelyn M. Burnworth - Wilson, 90, of Vincennes, IN, passed away May 9, 2019, at Good Samaritan Hospital.Evelyn attended Lincoln High School, and was an avid Lincoln Basketball fan. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and the First Church of the Nazarene. Several years ago, she worked at Scott's Drug Store in Bridgeport, IL.Born October 24, 1928, in Vincennes, IN, she was the daughter of Roy B. and Ida M. (Anderson) Perry. Her parents; her first husband, Ken Burnworth; her second husband, George Wilson; her sisters, Helen Stewart and May Lou Slawson; and her brother, Bernard Perry, preceded her.Surviving are her children, Brenda Thompson and her husband, Tim, of Vincennes, IN, Pat Burnworth and his wife, Janna, of Claremont, FL, and Brent Burnworth and his wife, Linda, of Dallas, TX; her grandchildren, Tyler Thompson and his wife, Amanda, Shelby Quarterman and her husband, Bryan, Erica Davis, Melissa Garrard and her husband, Tory, and Tara Kilps; and her great-grandchildren, Whittaker and Evelyn Thompson, Kyndall, Colton, and Brynnlee Quarterman, Emma and Cooper Davis, and Gracie and Levi Garrard.Friends may visit with Evelyn's family from 12:00 - 1:00 on Saturday, at the First Christian Church, 319 Broadway Street, Vincennes, IN.
