Florence Goodwin

Florence R. Goodwin, 89, of Vincennes, IN, passed away January 18, 2016, at her daughter's home.Florence had retired from the office at Knox County Farm Bureau. She was a 1944 graduate of Monroe City High School, and was a member of the Knox County Homemakers Club. Florence was also a member of the Indiana Presbyterian Church and the Ladies Aid and Missionary group.Born October 30, 1926, in Daviess County, IN, she was the daughter of Charles and Mary (Wyant) Small. Her parents; her first husband, Delmar Westfall; her second husband, Paul Goodwin; her daughter, Rita Hulen; and a grandson, Jeffrey David Reel, preceded her.Surviving are her daughters, Diana Reel and her husband, David, and Rose Heath, and her husband, Gerald, all of Vincennes, IN; step children, Phyllis Schmidt and Buryl Goodwin, both of Vincennes; eleven grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.Friends may visit with the family from 4:00 - 8:00 on Wednesday, at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway.
