Frances Olson

Frances Sue Olson, 79, of Vincennes, IN passed away January 1, 2023. She was born in Vincennes, IN on March 17, 1943, to the late William and Cleda (Whitsmans) Coonce. Sue attended Decker High School. She was a member of Foursquare Church. She worked for many years at Vincennes University as a dietician aid. Sue enjoyed many things in life such as shopping, dancing, going to church, playing 500 rummy, watching soap operas, riding the train, vacationing, listening to country music, spending time with her friend Mary Stangle, traveling, and spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by all. Sue was preceded in death by her parent; husband Dick Hedges; and siblings Bill Coonce, Carl Coonce and Bonnie Wilson. She is survived by her children David Hedges, Ellen Hedges, Tina Eck, Milissa Mincey; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister Donna Hendricks; and friend Mary Stangle. Goodwin-Sievers is honored and entrusted with the care of Ms. Olson. A burial will take place at a later date.
