Francille Gartner

Francille B. Gartner, 82, of Vincennes, passed away May 19, 2011 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Born June 10, 1928 in Evansville, she was the daughter of George and Margaret (Stratman) Spaetti. They preceded her, as well as her husband Walter Gartner, who passed away March 25, 1992. Francille and Walter were married Nov. 10, 1956. Surviving are her children, Jean Doyle of Vincennes, Susan (Nick) Horner of New Palestine, IN, John Gartner of Vincennes, Beth (Joe) Klueh of Vincennes, and David Gartner of Vincennes; sisters Lorene and Georgia Spaetti of Evansville, IN; and her grandchildren, Brian Doyle, Scott Doyle, Jessica Klueh, Nicholas Gartner, Justin Klueh, Joshua Klueh, Janelle Gartner, and Luke Horner. Francille was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 22, at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway, Vincennes, IN, from 4:00 - 8:00 EST. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Thomas Catholic Church on Monday, at 10:30. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Donations may be made to the St. Thomas Cemetery.
