Francis Loch

Francis Kurt Loch, 66, passed away on March 28, 2015 at his residence. Francis was born on March 10, 1949 in Queens, NY the son of Frank and Jeannine (Boyer) Loch.Francis served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict and retired from the Vincennes Housing Authority in the maintenance department. He loved NASCAR and Formula One racing, fishing and playing with his grandchildren.Survivors include his mother, Jeannie Davis of Vincennes; his life-mate Dixie Rickard of Vincennes and her children, Chris and his wife Nicole, Deena and Joshua Rickard of Vincennes; his children, Jennifer and Angie Loch of Los Angeles, CA, Josh Loch of Utah; sister, Beth Loch of Sarasota, FL; brother, Kevin Loch of Vincennes; three half brothers, Nick, Steve and Greg Loch; three half sisters, Felicia Alton, Shelly McCarter, Gina Thomas; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.Private services will be held at a later date. Gardner-Brockman Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
