Frank L. Cochran, 89, of 24 Park East Trailer Court, Washington, Indiana, passed away at 7:43 p.m. Sunday April 8th, 2012 at the Washington Nursing Center.He was born August 7th 1922 in Vincennes to Horace & Cora May (White) Cochran.Frank retired from Packaging Corporation. He enjoyed camping and riding his Harley Davison Motorcycle. Frank loved Big Band Music and could play just about any instrument. They resided in Vincennes for 60 years before moving to Washington last year. Frank served in the Army during World War II. Surviving is his wife, Roberta L. (Shots) Cochran; his children, Debbie (Delbert) Mosier of Washington, Kathy McKee of Washington, and Michael (Tammy) Cochran of Washington; his step children, Brenda (David) Mischler of Newburgh and Danny (Linda) Bice of Lawrenceville, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents, and four sisters, Leota May Staley, Norma Emmons, Ruth Holloman, and Mary Ellen Cooper.Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 12, 2010 at Goodwin Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Tromley officiating. Burial will in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
