Gail Clements

Gail Rose Clements, 72, passed away at 1:35 pm on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at Deaconess Midtown in Evansville, IN. Gail was born on July 24, 1949, in Washington, IN and she was the daughter of William and Joyce (Moore) Critchlow. Gail married Thomas Clements on August 14, 1971. Gail retired from Lena Dunn Elementary as school secretary after twenty-five years of service. Gail enjoyed playing Bingo, but most importantly, she enjoyed spending time with her family and attending the activities of her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Tom Clements of Washington, her son, Chris Clements and his wife Lisa of Vincennes; her daughter, Stacey Clements of Plainfield; grandchildren, Luke and Jenna Bloebaum, Madison Clements; sisters, Nikki Sparks and her husband Wayne of Washington, Emily Keene and her husband Aaron of Lakeland, FL; brother, Ron Crtitchlow of Washington; sister-in-laws, Jane Hart of Montgomery, Ann Williams of Washington, and Mary Cel Byrer of Loogootee. Gail was preceded in death by her parents, William and Joyce Critchlow, and her brother-in-laws, Charles Hart, Martel Williams, Roy Byrer, and her sister-in-law, Gina Critchlow. Friends may visit with Gail's family from 4-8 pm on Monday, February 7, 2022, at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 2020 State St., Washington, IN. Gail's funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home with Pastor Matthew Sparks officiating. Gail will be laid to rest in Sugarland Memory Gardens. The Clements family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Gail's mom, Joyce.
