Geneva Smith

Geneva A. Smith, 89, passed away at 11:45 am on June 27, 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Geneva was born on March 1, 1930 in Princeton, IN the daughter of Arthur and Julia Mae (Arthur) Crowe.Geneva worked at Hamilton Glass for several years and was one of Jehovah's Witnesses. She also loved to crochet in her spare time.Survivors include her son, Mark Smith of Vincennes; daughter Judy Lovett and her husband Mark of Vincennes; half-brothers, Tom Crowe, half-sister, Sally Christian, half-brother, David Crowe, half-sister Molly Parker, half-sister, Donna Robling, half-brother Ralph Crowe; sister-in-law, Joyce Crow; one grandchild, four great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and nephew Doug Crow. Geneva was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Mike Smith and brother, Bob Crow.Friends may visit with Geneva's family from 1-2 pm on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway. Geneva's funeral service will begin at the conclusion of visitation at 2:00 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home with Mark Lovett officiating.
