Gloria Emmons

Gloria A. Emmons, 73, of Vincennes, IN, passed away December 16, 2018, at Good Samaritan Hospital.Gloria was a homemaker and a member of the Calvary Apostolic Church.Born February 4, 1945, in Cowling, IL, she was the daughter of Marion Clifford and Hazel Annette (Wade) Newman. Her parents; her husband, Warren Robert Emmons, who passed away March 11, 2011; her sister, Barbara Jean Stewart; her brothers, Melton "Red" Newman and Jimmy Dale Newman; and her great-grandchild, Preston, preceded her.Surviving are her children Rhodrick "Rod" Emmons and his wife, Betsy, of Vincennes, IN, Robert Emmons of Vincennes, IN, Tamya Gould of Indianapolis, IN, Darrin Emmons and his wife, Felicia, of Fishers, IN, and Joseph Emmons of Vincennes, IN; her sister, Glenna Spruell of Grayville, IL; her grandchildren, Ronnie, Gannon, Michelle, Andrea, Brittany, Adrienne, Tiffany, Quinlin, Colin, and Tralynn; her great-grandchildren, Presley, Angel, Tobby, Tristin, Mary Jane, Tyler, Nicholas, Natalee, Arianna, Kaydence, Savannah, Mollie, Gage, Kinzley, Addison, Keagyn, Raegyn, Lilly, Kennadi, and Adler; and her great-great-grandchildren, Destiny, Alliah, Bentlee, and Carlee.Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 - 8:00 on Wednesday, at Goodwin Funeral Home. Her service will begin at 8:00. Following her service, Gloria will be cremated, and interred at a later date.Donations may be made to help with funeral expenses.
