Gottfried Sebung

Gottfried "Fritz" Sebung, 73, passed away 7:20 am on February 11, 2020 at The Villages at Oak Ridge. Fritz was born on November 6, 1946 in Klagenfurt, Austria the son of Joseph and Anna (Klinberg) Sebung.Fritz had been a piping superintendent for many years most recently working for GPC in Washington and served his country in the Austrian military. He was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed playing soccer, golf, chess and was a huge Indianapolis Colts fan.Survivors include his companion of twenty-one years, Marilyn Kays of Washington; daughter, Krista Green of Goldsboro, NC; son, Karsten Sebung of Katy, TX; sister, Andrea Sebung; brothers, Gerhard, Otto and Sepi Sebung; and three grandchildren, Taylor and Kennedy Green and Sebastain Sebung.Friends may visit with Fritz's family from 10:00 am until the hour of the service time of noon on Monday, February 17, 2020 at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 2020 State St., Washington, IN.
