Illene (Blakely) Ramsey was born into eternity at her home in Wheatland, Indiana on December 27, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. On July 25, 1925, at 11:25 pm in Bicknell, Indiana, Illene was born into this life to her parents Charles C. Blakely and Laura Fern (Jobe) Blakely with siblings Goldie, Delbert, Richard, Morris, Charles, and Robert.Illene is survived by sons, Kenneth W. and Sharon S. Russell of Bicknell, IN, Donald R. and Deanna Russell. Of Greenwood, IN, John L. Russell of Wheatlansd, and daughter, Mary E. (Klotz) Savini of Wheatland, 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 21 great great grandchildren, nieces Vera (Bea) Bowman of New Paris, PA and Nancy McGlone of Bicknell.Illene's parents, siblings, and a grandson preceded her. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday December 30, 2013 at Gardner-Brockman funeral home with Rev. John McKinnon officiating. Burial will follow in the Wheatland Cemetery.
