Iva Jacobchik

Iva Mae Jacobchik, 98, of 826 N. 14th, Vincennes Indiana, passed away at 1:30 p.m. Saturday January 1st, 2011 at her residence.She was born on December 15, 1912 in Linton, Indiana to Harris Green and Ida Florence (Lyons) Sullivan.Iva was a former Sullivan Indiana resident and was a magnificent grower of African Violets. When she lived in Florida she was a member of the Assembly of God in Sebring Florida.Surviving are her nieces and nephews, Sandra Banta Pruesz of Vincennes, Robert Banta of Meron, Illinois, Vicki Pope of Sullivan.Preceding Iva in death were her parents, first husband, Amorine Montgomery Wilson, second husband, Stephen Jacobchik, her brothers and sisters, Myrtle Smith, Mary Snyser, Anna Romine, Ruth Banta, Harry Sullivan, James Sullivan, Vivian Sullivan, and two infant brothers.There will be no services.
