Jack Smith

Jack W. Smith, 80, of Vincennes, passed away Oct. 8, 2012 at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was a retired truck driver, and a member of Cornerstone Ministries. Born December 29, 1931, in Knox County, IN, Jack was the son of Ira and Leota (Sisson) Smith. His parents preceded him, along with his brothers, Edward, Harold, and Doyle Smith. Surviving is his wife, Susie (Campbell) Smith of Vincennes; his daughters, Jackie Smith of Vincennes, Rita (Jerry) Neu of Evansville, IN, and Linda (John) Martin of Mt. Vernon, IN; a son, Tom (Kandi) Smith of Vincennes; sisters, Violet Houck of Vincennes, and Phyllis Snider of Arizona; his brother, Don Smith of Vincennes; grandchildren, Melissa Chasteen, April Emmons, Nick Tapley, Sara Porter, Michael Clark, John Walter Martin, Paul Smith, and Cathy Thur Jack W. Smith, 80, of Vincennes, passed away Monday, October 08, 2012, at Good Samaritan man; and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Tom Smith and Rev. Don Smith, on Thursday, at 2:00, at Cornerstone Ministries, 4370 N. Highway 41, Vincennes, IN. The family will receive friends from 12:00
