Jack Wyatt

Jack Eugene Wyatt, 81, of Vincennes, passed away at 6:09 pm on Sunday February 16, 2020 at Good Samaritan Hospital.He was born May 9, 1938 in Knox County, Indiana to Clifford and Elsie (Oexmann) Wyatt.Jack managed the Amoco Fertilizer plant, owned Wyatt's Butcher Block in Mt Carmel, hauled coal and worked in the Physical Plant at Vincennes University. Jack served his country in the army and enjoyed rabbit hunting, fishing, playing euchre, and watching his grandchildren's sporting activities.Surviving are his children Brian R. Wyatt of Sebree, KY, Bruce Wyatt and his wife Laura of Vincennes, and Brent Wyatt and his wife Regina of Xenia, IL; a brother Robert Wyatt and his wife Beverly of Princeton; a sister Janet Ivers of Vincennes; and his grandchildren, Jordan Wyatt, Tyler Wyatt, Dylan Wyatt, Aaron Wyatt, Kylie Stewart, and Jesse Stewart; and his good friend Sid Garner of Lawrenceville.Preceding him in death were his parents, a sister JoAnn Wyatt, and brothers Glenn and David Wyatt.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, February 20, 2020 at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 524 Broadway, Vincennes with Rev. Nathan Rastl officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be directed to the St. Peter Lutheran Church.
