James Field

James B. Field, 67, of Owensville, IN passed away December 15, 2019. He was born September 9, 1952 in Gibson County to the late Ermal Field and Hazel Pauline (Lofton) Field. Jimmy graduated from Owensville High School in 1970. Shortly after graduating from High School he joined the Air Force and served his country for 4 years. Jimmy was a member of the American Legion. He enjoyed casting a line, spending time in the woods hunting and being ornery. Jimmy's main hobby was enjoying the open road on his Harley Davidson. He will be thought of often and missed deeply. Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents and grandchildren Jamien Ray Heathcock and Jade Elizabeth Foeller. He is survived by his children Jamey (Tom) Field, Jason Heathcock, Brian (Sara) Fetcher, Jamie Embry, and Jeana Heathcock; grandchildren Marita Barnett, Nickolas Robb, Tyler Temmie, Erin Heathcock, Madison Fetcher, Sydney Fetcher, Jayden Fetcher, Madison Fetcher, Whitney Fetcher, Jayden Embry, Jolien Embry, Sydney Hager, Noah Hager, Jace Hager, and Jasper Hager; and siblings Thomas and Bill Field. Holder's Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be entrusted with the care of Mr. Field. Visitation will be held Friday, December 20, 2019 at Holders Funeral Home from 10am- 4pm with Funeral at 4p with Military Rights and Bart Newton officiating.
