Jay Robert McKinley, 25, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2013. Jay was born on May 8, 1988 in Vincennes the son of Willard McKinley, Jr. and Cheryl Cardinal.Jay had worked as a roofer for a roofing contractor in Bloomington, IN.Surviving are his mother, Cheryl Cardinal of Key Largo, FL; father, JR McKinley of Vincennes; grandmother, Anne McKinley of Vincennes; sons, Jay Jr., Brylee, daughters, Lola and Haven; brothers, Joel Cardinal, Indianapolis, IN; Willard McKinley, III of Butler, PA; sisters, Shannon Summers of Vincennes and Chelsey Cardinal of Key Largo, FL. Jay was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Willard McKinley, Sr. and his maternal grandparents, Elmer Lucas and Vesta Foley.Funeral services for Jay will be held at 7:00 pm on Monday, October 14, 2013 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway with the Elder Kevin Emmett of the Faith Tabernacle officiating.
