Jennifer Sue Thompson, 40 of Flat Rock passed away on November 12, 2016 in Lawrence County, IL. Jennifer was born on July 22, 1976 in Vincennes the daughter of Jim Johnson and Karen Archer. She married Jeff Thompson on December 19, 2003.Jennifer loved her children and any activity they were involved in.Survivors include her husband, Jeff Thompson of Flat Rock; her children, Tyler, Taiylar and Kaytlin Thompson all at home; mother, Karen Archer of Vincennes; brothers, Jim Johnson of Vincennes, John Johnson of Vincennes; and mother and father-in-law, Jeff and Theresa Thompson of Lawrenceville. Jennifer was preceded in death by her father, Jim Johnson.Funeral services for Jennifer will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with Jennifer's family on Thursday from Noon until 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
