Jerry Lett

Jerry D. Lett, 83 of Elizabethtown, KY passed away at 12:45 pm Thursday, Nov. 24 at Baptist Health Hospital in Elizabethtown. Born November 8, 1939, in Glendale, IN to Hampton (Tony) and Martha Aline (Aline) Boger Lett. A 1959 graduate of Plainville High School in Indiana and was a member of Antioch Christian Church in Montgomery, IN. Jerry was retired and enjoyed spending time with family. His last place of employment was as a sales associate at Lowe's Hardware. He is survived by his wife, Vera "Sue" Adams Lett, three daughters, Julia Renee' (Lett) Wuertz (Wesley), Marla Denise Lett, and Lisa Lorraine (Lett) Olson (Glenn); grandchildren, Brandon Wuertz, Kendra (Wuertz) Covell, Corrie Alaine (Wuertz) Dunkelberger, Sarah Elizabeth (Bean) Bourguignon, Abigail Elise (Bean) Clemons, Kaitlyn Victoria (Bean) Overstreet, Aaron Edward Olson; and sixteen great grandchildren. Preceding him in death are his parents, siblings, Ronald Lett, Joyce (Lett) Hedden, Roy Edward (Eddy) Lett, Steven Lett, David Lett, Patricia (Lett) Hinkle and great granddaughter, Audrey Abigail Clemons. The funeral will be Monday, December 5, 2022, at 3:00 pm with visitation from 2:00 pm until service time at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 2020 State St., Washington, IN with Wesley Wuertz officiating. Burial will be in Sugarland Memory Gardens. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is privileged and honored to be entrusted with the care of Jerry and his family.
