Joann Lambert

JoAnn W. Lambert, 81, of Vincennes, IN, passed away March 26, 2019, at GentleCare Nursing Home.JoAnn had worked as a bookkeeper at the Vincennes Water Dept. She also operated Lambert Accounting, doing tax work and small business accounting. JoAnn was also an artist, who was able to work in several different areas of art.Born February 19, 1938, in Vincennes, IN, she was the daughter of Theodore "Doc" and Lila (Deckard) Wesley. Her parents, and her daughter, Carrie Lambert-Fort, preceded her.Surviving are her children, Sandra Kellams and her husband, Larry ,of Vincennes, IN, and Harold Lambert and his wife, Sharon, of Vincennes, IN; her heartfelt daughters, Souraya Faithi and Margaret Hui; her son-in-law, John Fort, of Freelandville, IN; her sister, Marilyn Doades and her husband, Leon of Vincennes, IN; her brother, Larry Wesley and his wife, Peggy, of Concha, AZ; her grandchildren, John Kellams, Mary Kellams, Susan Lambert, Josh Lambert, April Evans, and Melissa Bennett; eleven great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.Friends may visit with JoAnn's family from 5:00 - 8:00 on Thursday, at the Gardner-Brockman Funeral Home. Her funeral service will be held on Friday, at 10:30, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mt.
