John F. Dunlap, 76, of Vincennes, IN, passed away on Mar. 31, 2011 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. John operated the Harrison Grain Elevator, and shortly before retiring, worked at the Wheatland Farm Bureau. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Born Jan. 27, 1935 in Knox Co.IN, he was the son of John W. & Daisy (Belcher) Dunlap. He was preceded by his parents; a daughter, Sandra Chamberlin; one brother, and one sister. On June 14, 1953, John married Betty (Rodarmel) and she survives. Also surviving is his son, Kevin (& Monica) Dunlap of Blue Springs, MO; a son - in - law, Floyd Chamberlin of Vincennes; and three grandchildren, Dustin John Chamberlin, Marisa Dunlap, and Logan Dunlap. The family will receive friends at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway, on Monday, Apr. 4, from 12:00 - 2:00. A funeral service will be held at 2:00. Interment will follow at Reel Chapel Cemetery.
