Joseph "Joe" Bonhomme, 76, passed away peacefully at 11:16 pm on December 29, 2020 at his residence with his loving wife Kathy by his side. Joe was born in Vincennes, Indiana on December 17, 1944 to Joseph and Carol (Junkins) Bonhomme, Sr. He married the love of his life, Kathy on January 12, 1970.Joe worked for the Indiana Department of Transportation as an inspector for over thirty years. Joe's daughter Barbie, her husband John and grandchildren Zach and Emma meant the world to him.Joe is survived by his daughter Barbie and her husband John Martin of Indianapolis; grandchildren Zach and Emma Martin; and sister Barb Burzycki. Joe was preceded in death by his sister Carrol Bonhomme.A celebration of life will be held Wednesday January 6, 2021 from 11:00-1:00 pm at Goodwin-Sievers funeral home, 524 Broadway Street, Vincennes, Indiana 47591.
